The Shipping and Delivery Policy of Lunary Beauty is designed to ensure complete transparency and security throughout all logistics stages, from order approval to product arrival at your specified address.

Order Processing

After payment confirmation, your order enters our internal processing phase, which takes up to 5 business days. During this period, we complete quality checks, pick and pack your items, and generate your tracking code.

Your tracking code will be automatically sent to your registered email address once your order ships.

Estimated Delivery Time

The average estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days after shipment. This timeframe may vary due to external factors such as:

  • Carrier operational delays or restrictions
  • Customs inspection procedures
  • Peak demand periods (Black Friday, holidays, etc.)
  • Weather conditions, strikes, or other factors beyond our control

Based on our logistics history, approximately 85% of orders are delivered within 15 business days.

Order Tracking

All orders include international and domestic tracking codes. You can monitor all movements from the country of origin to your delivery address.

It is your responsibility to track your package status to avoid situations such as return due to absence or delivery failure.

Delivery Attempts and Collection Points

Deliveries are handled by shipping carriers. In cases such as:

  • Recipient absence
  • Areas with delivery restrictions
  • Difficult-to-access addresses

The carrier may leave a notice for you to collect the product at the nearest facility. If your package is returned due to delivery failure, you'll need to request a new shipment, which may incur additional costs.

Delivery Address

Please carefully review your delivery information at checkout.

Address changes cannot be made after 24 hours from order confirmation.

Cancellations also cannot be processed after this period.

In case of return due to incorrect, incomplete, or missing address information, the customer is fully responsible.

If the product returns to the international sender, the delivery timeframe will restart from the reshipping confirmation date.
